DEAR CUSTOMERS, THANK YOU FOR GIVING US YOUR PREFERENCE. IN ORDER TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SERVICE YOU DESERVE, WE ARE LISTING YOU OUR SALES POLICIES.

Orders:

• To open an account with us and become a distributor of our exclusive brand, a minimum purchase of 5 dresses per collection is required.

• All orders for dresses from our catalogs require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before shipping.

• Advances are applied according to each order and are not interchangeable.

• The delivery date is calculated from the date of the advance deposit.

• Dresses with special models, colors or designs must be paid 100% upon ordering, in order to schedule production. There are no changes, returns or cancellations.

• Once the order has been placed, it can only be cancelled within the following 5 business days.

• Orders in special shades or models cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed.

Delivery time:

with your sales executive.

The shipping date may vary by approximately 10 business days from the requested date. In addition, it is subject to availability. We suggest you allow time for your deliveries and schedule them in advance.

• Please note that freight is not our responsibility; it is at the customer's risk and expense, and may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. We suggest you order your dresses in advance of the delivery date.

• We have an express dress manufacturing service, this will have an extra cost (please confirm the cost with your advisor)

Please confirm with your advisors beforehand if it is possible to make them express, as it is not always possible.

They can be manufactured up to 21 days before delivery, depending on the model and availability of materials. Please note that there may be a variation in the delivery date of up to 72 hours in this case.

Every finished dress remains in the warehouse for 15 days after its scheduled delivery date. After that time, it becomes available for sale if it is not paid off and a new delivery date will be scheduled if requested, even with an advance payment.

• Shipments will be made according to the original delivery date. Dates cannot be skipped for dresses already manufactured by another party.

Extra sizes or dresses with special measurements:

• If you require extra sizes from 16-18, there will be an extra cost (please confirm the cost with your advisor)
  If you request size 20 or more, the price will be based on material consumption, since both cases are considered special models.

• If you request that your corset be made to special measurements, that is, an exclusive pattern, this will have an extra cost (please confirm the cost of this with your advisor)
  If it has sleeves, a bib or straps. Also, if these measurements exceed our standard size 14, extra materials will be charged (please confirm the cost of this with your advisor)

• The tailoring only includes the corset. We do not make custom skirt lengths under any circumstances.

• Sizes larger than 18 will have to be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

• Dresses over size 14 are considered special and are therefore liquidated upon order.

Special models:

• Any modifications to the original model such as: extra draping to the model, fabric changes, extra eyelets, extra skirt, long embroidery changes to special measurements, etc. will be made with pleasure; however, an extra charge will be made. Please confirm the cost with our consultants.

* This will be considered a special model and therefore will be settled upon order.

• You have the option to change and even combine colors of the dresses, as well as exchange skirts and corsets; although in the latter case (combining corsets and skirt) there will be an extra charge depending on the models, as well as special models, please ask your advisor for a quote.

Materials, colors and construction:

• The materials and colors of our dresses may vary significantly depending on the batch of fabrics or the availability of the same. Therefore, they may be replaced with the most similar color or material. Please let your client know when making the sale.

• No exchanges or returns of merchandise are accepted, only for manufacturing defects and reporting it to us within a maximum of 3 business days following the day of receipt.

• Any return must be authorized before being returned, and the dress must be unused, with all its original labels and packaging. If these conditions are not met, the exchange will not be valid.

• For all orders, you will need to fill out the order form and send it by email. We will confirm it with an order number. This form will be provided to you by your executive. The making of your dress will be based on the specifications in this file. (Format attached)

• Freight is at the customer's own risk. We offer a special 30% discount with Estafeta, FEDEX and DHL. The cost varies depending on the weight-volume and destination of the shipment.

• Our dresses are handmade, so they may vary from one to another, making them unique and special, not mass-produced. The photos in the catalogues are for advertising purposes only and may differ in design and colour from the final product. There may also be a variation of up to 2cm in the measurements.

• Wedding dresses from size 14 to 20 will have an additional cost (please confirm the cost with your advisor).
