Privacy Notice

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, we inform you that your personal data collected through requests, statements, notices, and/or other statements made by you, through electronic, printed or verbal means, will be used and safeguarded only by Love21 S. de RL de CV, in a database under the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with the security policies and procedures implemented for this purpose by Love21 S. de RL de CV.

The personal data that we collect personally or directly are, among others, those described below in an enunciative but not limiting manner: Identification: name, telephone number, cell phone number, email, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), tax address, date of birth, age, nationality, etc.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA.-

The processing of personal data provided by you will have the sole and exclusive purpose of promoting all types of products offered by Love21 S. de RL de CV, and this data will be used to inform you about special promotions, to know your opinion, to issue proof of income in accordance with tax provisions, as well as to establish contact with you to notify you of any situation of interest regarding the products offered by Love21 S. de RL de CV.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.-

At any time, you may revoke the consent you have given for the processing of your personal data in order to stop the use of said data, except for the cases referred to in Article 26 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

To do so, you must submit your request in writing to the address located at Av Juarez # 184, Colonia Centro, Guadalajara, Jal. CP 44100, addressed to the administration area; which must contain the following information:

• Full name, address and email.
• Copy of the identification of the rights holder, or where applicable, the document proving the identity of the rights holder's representative.
• Specify the reasons why you request the revocation of the consent granted.

Once your request has been submitted, Love21 S. de RL de CV will respond to it within a period of no more than 20 business days.

PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA (“ARCO”).-

You may exercise your “ARCO” rights at any time, at the address located at Av Juarez # 184, Colonia Centro, Guadalajara, Jal, 44100, specifically in the administration area, through a written request, which must contain the following:

I.- Full name, address and email.

II.- Copy of the identification of the rights holder, or the document that proves the identity of the legal representative of the holder.

III.- The clear and precise specification of the personal data to which you wish to have access and the “ARCO” right (Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition) that you wish to exercise.

IV.- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.

V.- In the case of Rectification of personal data, you must also specify the data you wish to be rectified, as well as a document justifying the rectification.

VI.- In the case of Opposition to the processing of personal data, you must also specify the reasons why you oppose the processing.

VII. - Handwritten signature of the interested party, or of his legal representative.

The exercise of any of the “ARCO” rights may be restricted for the reasons indicated in article 88 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

In accordance with the provisions of article 34 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, Love21 S. de RL de CV may deny access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of personal data in the following cases: (i) When the applicant is not the owner of the personal data; ( ii ) When the applicant's data is not in the database of Love21 S. de RL de CV; ( iii ) When the rights of a third party are violated; ( iv ) When there is a legal impediment or a resolution from a competent authority; and (v) When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously carried out.

Once your request has been submitted, Love21 S. de RL de CV will respond to it within a period of no more than 20 business days. And, if your request is approved, Love21 S. de RL de CV will make it effective within 15 days following the date on which the response was communicated.

The aforementioned deadlines may be extended once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case justify this.

It is important that you keep the proof of the application you have submitted, as it will be essential if you need to initiate any procedure before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (IFAI).

Likewise, we inform you that the retention periods of your personal data in our database will be:

• If you are a client of Love21 S. de RL de CV, personal data will be retained for a minimum period of 10 years, unless the contractual relationship exceeds this period.
• If you are not a client of Love21 S. de RL de CV, personal data will be retained for a maximum period of 1 year.

Once these periods have elapsed, and if the purpose of processing personal data has been fulfilled, the data will be destroyed and subsequently deleted from the database.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA.-

Your personal data may be transferred and processed within or outside the country, to persons other than Love21 S. de RL de CV, so your information may be shared with External Service Providers that manage or administer the databases in which said information will be stored.

It is understood that your personal data may be used by Love21 S. de RL de CV for marketing and advertising purposes, but may not be provided to third parties other than Love21 S. de RL de CV for such purposes.

If you do not object to your personal data being transferred, it will be understood that you have given your consent to do so.

THE OWNER STATES :

By virtue of the foregoing, by signing this notice, I irrevocably consent and authorize Love21 S. de RL de CV to transfer, use and retain my personal data under the terms described above.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE.-

Love21 S. de RL de CV, reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time, which will be made known to you through the status of your executive and/or account and/or through a notice on the site www.love21.com.mx

Once it is made available to you, and if you do not express your opposition to it, it will be understood that you tacitly consent to the processing of your data, in the terms contained herein.
